A Very Quick Post on Today's Elections
There aren't any elections here in Norwich today so I'll not be voting myself so I won't be casting a vote for anyone. In terms of how I think parties will do however..
- Labour will likely have a moderately bad election. They're not defending many seats at this election so there's not a lot to lose. The big election for Labour is Runcorn and Helsby where Reform are in with a good chance of taking the seat.
- The Conservatives will have a terrible election, they've not really found their feet since the general election and are defending a lot of seats.
- The Lib Dems will likely come out well and win seats off both Labour and the Tories.
- The same is true for the Greens who are also likely to gain seats.
- Reform will have a good or a brilliant election based depending on how the Runcorn and Helsby by-election goes.
Those are my (reasonably vague) predictions, I guess I'll see how well I did tomorrow. Also, on another politics related note today is International Workers Day.
